How long will shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. However, please note that this is an estimated timeframe and occasional delays outside our control may occur.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like worn earrings for sanitary purposes. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

How to make an exchange

We do not do exchanges. You must return the item you originally bought and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you would like to make any changes or cancel an order, please email us at orders@preziosajewels.com within 3 hours of placing your order.

Please be advised once an order is shipped we cannot cancel it or make any changes. Review our return policy if a return is needed.

How to view order status

You can log in and check order status through in your My Orders. If you do not have an account follow the instructions to view order status. We will also send emails of order status.
